　ヴォーカル兼キーボードにSTEVE　WALSHが復帰し、ギターにSTEVE　MORSE、ベースにBILLY　GREERを迎え５人編成となって復活した、’８６年発表作。
　１曲目から、タイトル通りパワー溢れるハード・ロック・ナンバーで幕を開ける。黄金期の７０年代、アメリカン・プログレ・バンド看板でもあったヴァイオリン奏者がいない影響もあるのか、ストレートな曲調が目立つ。

　それでも4、8、10の展開の仕方や、インスト・ナンバー6にはプログレっぽさが感じられ、7はバンドの代表曲「Dust　In　The　Wind｣を明らかに意識した曲もあり、往年のファンにも十分アピール出来る内容になっている。
　プログレ色は後退したとは言え、優れたメロディの曲がそろっている秀作に仕上がっている。

　このアルバムは売れました。また、久々のシングルヒットも生まれました。

曲によってはスティーブ・モーズのギターがフューチャーされていてり、アルバム全篇を通して聞いてもKANSASにしては非常にPOPな仕上がりで、今までのKANSASとは別のバンドのように見事復活しました。（例えが悪いかも知れないが、YESが「90125」で復活したような感じ）当時の売れ線のサウンドを上手に取り入れ、そして見事に売りも取りました。（それは仕上がりも良かったという事でしょう。）
　ただ、このアルバムのサウンドは「プログレ」からは、ちょっと遠いと思うので、プログレファンには★★★☆☆（星３つ）
