80年代前半アフロファンクを導入し、Stop Making Senseにたどり着いた後、ヘッズはシンプルなロック路線をコンセプトに展開する。このアルバムは、路線変更の第１弾で、「僕らは小さな愛の生き物」と歌う彼らのピュアなスタイルがむきだしになった快作だ。

このアルバム,最初聴いたときには「かっこいい！」と思ったのですが・・・
４回も聴くと,飽きる。どうしてでしょう。
わたしの周りの人も同意見でした。
