タイトルどおり、カクレ・裏　ブレッカー最高傑作です。クラウス・オガーマンの美しいストリングスをバックに、優雅に吹きまくります。夜寝る前に最高。しかしあまりの美しさに、眠れないかも・・・
当時、喉の調子が悪かったらしく、もうサックスが吹けなくなる危機感を背負っての録音というシチュエーションも手伝って、そう思って聞くとジーンときます。

　たとえばね、聴きなれた音楽っていうのは、ときに睡眠薬効果を発揮したりするわけで、たとえば夜寝る前ね、音楽でも聴きながら眠ろうかなって思って、それで小音量で聴いていると、あれ？なんてね、かえって耳がそばだっちゃって、周囲の雑音までも拾っちゃって、なかなか眠れないわけなんだけど、ぎゃくに大音量で聴いているのと（それがヘビメタであっても）、その音が周囲の雑音や騒音をみごとにかき消してくれてね、いつの間にか、すうっと、それこそ音楽に包まれたままね、眠りに入ってしまう、なんてことがね、あるわけです。

　２０代前半、軽い神経症とでもいいましょうか、不安で不安でどうにも眠れない時期がありまして、音楽に助けを求めておりました。アパート暮らしだったからヘッドホンで耳を被って、お気に入りのハード・ロック・バンドのノイジーでブルージーでヘビーなミディアムテンポの曲を、それこそ低音が割れる寸前、耳が痛くなる寸前まで音量を上げて、聴いておりました。聴いているうちに、しかしまあよくしたもので、それこそストンと、眠りに落ちてしまえたわけなんですが、しかし、やがてそんなハードロックの睡眠薬効果すらまったく効かなってしまうようないよいよヤバイ事態に突入してしまうわけで・・・・？

　そんなときです、この音楽に出合ったのは。何日も何日も眠れない夜が続き、ある夜、この音楽をかけたら・・・・ＺＺＺ

　私としては「これこそが慰安だ！」と言いたいですね。慰安――英語でいえばヒーリング？　でもこの音楽は、ヒーリングというよりは、もっとずっと深~い安らぎを与えてくれるものです。いや、まじ、ホンマモンです。

マイケルブレッカーのサックスがオーケストレーションをバックに奏でるメロディーは、アルファー波を誘導し、快適な眠りにいざないます。
なかなか最後まで聞かずに寝てしまうのですが、心地よさ抜群です。
ぜひベッドサイドに一枚のお勧めです。
