初期のMACの音楽的試行錯誤がよく解るアルバム。
オープニングの「Remember Me」はクリスティン マクヴィーらしいリズミカルな曲。
次曲「Bright Fire」もボブ ウェルチの綺麗なメロディがなかなか良い。
が・・・#4「Road Runner」、#5「The Direlict」、#7「Did You Ever Love Me」は全くの別物!
この楽曲用のイレギュラー・メンバーが2人(デイブ ウォーカーとスティーブ ナイ)も居るくらいですから!
きっと、ミック フリートウッドも悩んでいただろう頃のアルバムです。
そんな試行錯誤感(よ〜わからん?)が俺的には好きです。
出来れば、次作『Mistery to Me』のオープニング曲「Emerald Eyes」も聴いてみて下さい。
ボブ ウェルチの綺麗なメロディが一層よく解ると思います。
