5.0 out of 5 stars ブロードウェイで観て、宝塚版を観て, 2008/9/25
１０年近く前になってしまうんでしょうか・・・ブロードウェイでこの「スカーレットピンパーネル」を観ました。
重厚な音楽のアンサンブル、スリリングなストーリー展開に鳥肌が立つほど、心が震えるほど感動し「やっぱりワイルドホーン最高！！ブロードウェイ最高！！」と精神の高揚が帰国してもしばらく続いていた事が懐かしく思い出されます。
そんな「スカーレットピンパーネル」を宝塚でやるとの事で、宝塚はほとんど縁のない私ながら・・６月宝塚大劇場で初日の幕が開けて間なしに観劇しました。
正直、宝塚がここまでやれるとは・・・！！！
あの１０年近く前に観た時と同じ感情が沸き起こりました。
鳥肌が立ち、涙が止め処もなく出て、フィナーレでは思わずスタンディングしてしまいそうになりました（宝塚ではＮＧだそうですが・・・）
それくらい本当にすばらしい舞台を見せて頂いて、大劇場でＣＤを買ったのですがそれはウィーン版・・・。
さすがにそれでは雰囲気はわかるけど、言葉がわからない。
・・・という事で、ブロードウェイ版を買いなおしました。
やはり、もともとは英語で歌詞が作られているので、日本語訳にしてしまうと限界があるのか、宝塚版では訳しきれていない歌詞があったり、本場ならではの迫力とか、ＣＤという音源からでも十二分に感じられて最高です。

でも。宝塚もすごいです。
こんな複雑に音がからむ重厚なメロディを表現しているのですから・・・。
この夏。「スカーレットピンパーネル」という演目によって、宝塚の舞台を見に行ってみよう！となり、その完成された舞台に感動し、宝塚というものの認識を変えた私。
あの日以来「スカーレットピンパーネル」をどうしても生で観たくて時間の許す限り通っています。
あの世界観を宝塚で見事に表現されているのには驚きです。
・・・という事で、私とは逆の・・・宝塚が大好きで　この演目も好きな役者さんが出ているから・・・という理由で、もともとのブロードウェイ版を知らずにご覧になられた方。
ぜひ本場ブロードウェイのパワーもこのＣＤで感じてみてください。
プロ中のプロのＣＡＳＴの、圧倒的な歌唱力ははんぱじゃありませんが
きっと改めて、「宝塚って、よく頑張ってるじゃん」と宝塚をそして役者さんたちを褒めたくなると思いますよ。
そして、誇りに思えること請け合いです。

宝塚歌劇で今公演中のスカーレットピンパーネルを観て、
どのナンバーもとても良かったので、原作のＣＤが欲しいなぁと思い探しておりました。

大劇場ではウィーンキャストが販売されていますが、
なんとなくどうせ聴くなら英語の方が聴きやすいかなぁと思い、
またブロードウェーから生まれた作品なので、やっぱりアメリカ版でと思い、
こちらを購入しました。
料金もウィーン版よりお安く、とっても良かったです(●'∀｀●)

内容ですが、宝塚で上演されているほとんどのナンバーを網羅しており、
（３曲ほど宝塚だけのために新曲が入れられているようなので、それ以外全て）
聴けば聴くほどイイです！！
ｉＰｏｄに入れて毎日聴いています♪
英語のブロードウェー版にして本当によかった(●'∀｀●)
いい買い物をしたと思っています。
宝塚ファンの方にもそうでない方にもとてもとてもオススメです！！

5.0 out of 5 stars 『紅はこべ』のミュージカル版！, 2008/3/30
　フランス革命は迷走し、革命政府は誰彼かまわずギロチンにかけるようになってしまう。しかし、そこにスカーレットピンパーネルを名乗る一団が、イギリスへの亡命を手助けした。この妨害に手を焼いた革命政府は、彼らの正体をあばくべく、イギリスの社交界へショーヴランを送り込んだ。
　舞台は見ていないが、ＣＤだけでも、スリリングな展開と、社交界の華やかさ、男と女の探り合い、そして、息詰まる緊張のクライマックスへと、盛り上がる、盛り上がる。曲もよくできている。ブロードウェーものながら、あまり似たスタイルの作品はなかったのではないか。上演は、1997年だが、作品自体は1992年にすでに作られており、ブロードウェーでも丸３年続いた。98年のトニー賞ミュージカル！
