5.0 out of 5 stars FISHBONE史上最高のミクスチャー, 2006/8/26
FISHBONEがもっともイキオイのあった頃の一枚。かなり当時の世相（？）からかヘヴィ色も強いんですが、このアルバムのFUNKカラーはカンペキです！サウンド面と技術面、メンバーの関係等でも一番の「ミクスチャー」かと思います。
黒人故になかなか恵まれないエピソードも多かった彼らですが、ワタシはレッチリよりも明らかに彼らの方が好きです。
今となってはチッタの柔道着のアンジェロをモッシュの海で担ぎ上げて「THUNAMI（津波）ヲオコセ！」と彼が叫んだのが懐かしいです。

反骨精神、肯定性、健全性、饒舌、罵声、笑い・・・、それらのものが「グランド・ゼロ」から音の塊となって、怒涛のように溢れ出してくる｡
これは、そんなフィッシュ・ボーンの音楽性が、一番いい状態で結実しているアルバムである｡
その中でも、彼らのエネルギーを彫琢して出来たダイヤモンドのような曲「エブリディ・サンシャイン」。もう最高です｡

この曲、この演奏、この音、この声、
どうなってるんだい、わけわかりません、とんでもない個性だと思うんですが。ホルンも鳴ってますギターと絡み合い愛し合ってます。
18曲目SUNLESS SATURDAY、ベースに殺られます。この曲の歌詞にこの音と曲とは。つい考えさせられます。
