古いルバムではあるが、その新鮮さは今も変わらない。　デビューから２枚目に当たる「イクイノックス（春分/秋分の分岐点）」と名づけられたこの作品は、明確なコンセプトの基に作られていて、即興的要素もあった「オキシジェン」に比べるとより堅固な作りになっている。　ヒットした「きらめくダイヤスター（Ｖ）」より私はＩＶの方が好きだ。　この曲のボコーダーライクなアドリブがＡＲＰ２６００によって入る所はライブの場合でも非常に良い効果を生む。　リズムが反転するＶＩ辺りも聴き物だろう。　チャイナコンサートでも耳がすっかり騙された（一応ドラマーがシモンズでシカケを入れてたが）。　彼は間違い無く打楽器的な楽音の扱いをするミュージシャンであり、シンプルなメロディーの反復であっても、決して退屈させない隠し味を最初から手に入れているのだ（思えば父のモーリス・ジャールもブーレーズと２人でオペラ座で演奏していたティンパニ奏者でもある。やはり血は争えない）。　音の良いリマスター盤で是非聴いてもらいたいＣＤである。

5.0 out of 5 stars Ｅｑｕｉｎｏｘｅ（軌跡）, 2003/10/16
ＬＰ盤は聴きすぎてすり減ってしまいました。フォロンの描いたジャケットだけでも買いです。１作目の「幻想惑星」よりもポップな感じで、星空眺めながら毎晩でも聴けます。

中学生時代友人がLPを貸してくれて、何度も聴きました。それ以来テレビなどで流れていると無性に欲しくなり、あっちこっち探してやっとここで見つけました。２０数年ぶりにクリアな音で聴き、懐かしさと同時に、まったく色あせていない新鮮な感動を覚えました。ぜひ、多くの方に聴いていただきたいと思います。「ほちゃ」どうしてる？
