全編にわたって、押し潰すようなリフを叩きつけるヘルメットサウンドが炸裂する。
一方でポップ性も前面に押し出され、結果的に随分と聴きやすい仕上がりになっている。

ただ、彼らのサウンドの軸はやはり、そのヘヴィなギターリフだ。
彼らの作り出すリフは、そのヘヴィさとは裏腹に、いつも冷静であり、理知的とも感じられるほど。
それが、不思議な広がりを持つ、独自の音世界を作り出している。

１、３などもいいが、特に９は最高のロックンロールだと思う。
頻繁に聴きたいという類の音楽ではないが、聴けばいつもその音楽性の高さに感服させられる。

Meantime、Bettyに劣らず名盤だと思います。
確かに前2作と比べると歌が前に出ていて、スロー~ミディアム・テンポの曲が多く、またリフのひねりが影をひそめたように聞こえますが、どっこい、相変わらず変なコード、変なコード進行、変な小節割りで気持ちの良いHELMET Worldに誘ってくれます。
後半、少し息が切れているところが残念ですが、#1~#5の流れは素晴らしいものがあります。素直に良いアルバムだと思います。
