TRICKYのソロ第２作目「プレ　ミレニアム　テンション」千年の前の緊張。この作品は「プレ　ミレニアム　ビューティ」といいたいほどの緊迫した完璧な美を持っている。

継ぎはぎにされたリズムとひしゃげた音の中にまるで呪いをかけるかのような女性の声。普通の人間がこの素材をつかっても美しい物はできないと思うのだ。しかし，この天才はひしゃげた音と呪いの呟きを美しく料理し完璧な美に変えることができるのだ。

前作「マクシンクェーイ」のほうが高く評価されがちだが私はこの作品こそ「エクスペリエンス」（最高）であると評価したい。

彼の心の中はこんな感じなのだと思う。
漆黒の闇の中で情念がのたうちまわっているような混沌。

そして一切の無駄の無い表現。
非常に美しいアルバム。
