スマッシング・パンプキンズの最高傑作「メロンコリーそして終わりのない悲しみ」、本当に素晴らしいアルバムだ。「Zero」のようなヘヴィーでかっこいい曲あり、思わず涙が出てしまいそうな美しい曲ありと、ビリーコーガンのヴォーカルは大きく揺れ動きながらもどこまでも魅力的だ。音楽がメロディーがここに存在する喜び、そんな世界で日々悩みながらも生きている人々たち、このアルバムで聴くことができるのはそういった喜びと優しさである。

「tonight,tonight」の僕を信じてくれという言葉はいつまでも心に残るだろう。

トゥナイト・トゥナイトが大好き!
ディスク1の1曲目から2曲目への流れ、ディスク2の最後の曲の終わり方などに感動する。曲順、アルバム全体の雰囲気などがとても良い(>_<)

２枚組　全２８曲というボリュームにもかかわらず、全世界で１０００万枚以上売り上げた ３ｒｄアルバム。大躍進のきっかけとなった前作より２年でリリースされたにもかかわらず、２８曲すべて棄て曲なし、という恐ろしいまでのクオリティの高さ、楽曲の多様さに驚かされる。ハードなJerry Berry やZERO、キュートなポップの 1979、そして壮大でロマンティックな By Starlight.... この時点で完成されていたパンプキンズワールドに浸れる２時間。後世に伝えられるべき超名盤。聞くべし！
