ソロでグラミーなんかを取りまくっていたSteve Winwoodがナンと、20年ぶりにTraffic名義でリリースしたのが94年の本作。
Jim Capaldiが久々にドラムスをplayしてるのも嬉しくなって買って聴いてみました（あれから10年近く経つんですねぇ、これ１作でまたもやTrafficは再び解散）。

残念ながらヒットはしなかったけど、内容はいいですよ。Steveがハモンドでぐいぐいリードしていく感じは"Arc of a diver"の頃を思い出しちゃったりします。特に"Riding high"、"Nowhere is there freedom"あたりではSteveとJimのコンビネーションも気持ちよくキメてるし、Steveらしいメロディも嬉しい"This train won't stop"など水準以上の曲が並んでます。欲を言えば、この曲っていう決め球に欠けるのがまぁ弱点かな。
Steveが"High Life"で超メジャーになる前のソロが好きな方々には確実に支持される音だと思います。
