MIKE BLOOMFIELD率いるTHE ELECTRIC FLAGが手がけた映画サントラ。映画は良くわかりませんが、東洋的なフレーズやロッキンな曲またはどこかで聴いたことのあるフレーズなど盛りだくさんです。サイケの決定版、みたいな評価ですが、個人的には正しいロックアルバムだと思います。それにしてもサントラだから仕方ありませんが、一分満たない曲もあり12曲で30分ありません。様々な要素がごった煮で詰まっているアルバムです。

映画のサントラですからほとんどが1、2分で短い曲ばかりなんですが、11曲目の「fine jung thing]は7分以上あり、ロックな音楽を存分に味わうことができます。
　7分間ずっとMIKE BLOOMFIELDがギターソロを炸裂し、オルガンもいい感じに融合してます。この1曲のために私はこのアルバムを買いました。満足できますよ。

フレーズなんか結構パクラれているロジャー・コーマンのトリップ映画。今や新鮮すぎる曲の数々は時代を超えてかっこいいです。B級映画の大堂をいってますが、サントラはA級。もっと人気が出て欲しいアルバムです。

今でもこれが手に入る！！っていう事実が素晴らしい！と感じます。2005年になっても色あせない、サイケデリックミュージックの決定盤！！！！

かなりかっこいいです。値段も安いからより得した気分をあじわえますね。あとフリッパーズも｢グルーブチューヴ｣でサンプリングしてました。とりあえず聴くべし。
