ブレッカー・ブラザーズが新境地を開いた、そういう感じを受けるアルバム。ヒップホップのエッセンスを感じられるリズム隊に、相変わらず冴えまくるソロ。
ファンであれば必聴と言っても過言ではないと思う。ただし、あくまでもオーソドックスなフュージョンを求める向きには御薦めできない。

一発目の"SLANG"からしてもう無茶苦茶クールでかっこいい！　ジェームスジナスのベースラインを聴いているだけで胸が熱くなります。またランディのミュートソロも背筋がぶるっとなるほどクール。続いてマイケルのホットなソロがということでホットする暇も無く曲が終わって行きますです。これはですね、彼らの傑作の一つですよ、絶対。少しいつもより斜に構えてやっているところが逆にカッコ良くて泣けます。またどの曲もメロディが良いです。じっくりと音楽を聴かせているところが素晴らしい。特にランディとイリアーヌが共作で、イリアーヌがいい感じでピアノとスキャットを聴かせる"Secret Heart"があまりにも美しく最初聴いた時は驚いた。マイケルも心のこもったサックスソロを聴かせていて素晴らしいです。"African Skies"は、後年マイケルが自分のソロアルバムでパットメセニーとやった曲のオリジナルですね。全体的に夢のように美しい作品。

Return Of〜に次ぐ作品としてのっけについては予想はしていた。
が、タイトル通り、のっけから当時流行りのLoop Musicに真っ向勝負。
無論Sound力でBrecker Brosが負ける筈なし。流石の仕事振りに感激。
前半はというと「お前らつまんねえよ！」と言わんばかりに、当時の
単純馬鹿Loop Musicに喧嘩を売るような、手を変え品を変えた曲を
次から次へと繰り出してBrosのクレバーさを見せ付けている。
しかし、である。このアルバムの緊張の頂点にあるHarpoonはバリ
Fusionなのである。福岡のBlueNoteでもこの曲を聴いたが、重い！凄い
迫力の曲だった。
これ以降Loop色が薄まってゆきEndingにいたる辺り「やっぱLoopばっか
やってられないね！」といったBrosの捨て台詞が聞こえるような気が
したアルバムだった。
