サイト構築の実践に役立つ情報が満載で参考になりました。例えば、ワークシートサンプルが具体的なので少しアレンジすればすぐに使えますね。
このガイドは、クライアントと制作スタッフとの狭間でいつ、誰が、何をすればいいのか試行錯誤で迷っている方には特に役立つのではないでしょうか。

精神論的なビジネス本が多い中、この本は実践に役立つ「ガイドブック」です。
フリーでやられている方や、これから企業化していこうとしている小さな会社には教科書として、また、マニュアルとしてベストな本ではないでしょうか。

ビジネスの基本的な一通りの流れが書かれているので、それを軸にしてあとはオリジナルをトッピングしていけば、簡単にビジネスが出来上がります。そんな本です。

広く浅く書いてあるのでwebディレクターの仕事の全体像はつかめると思います。
ただ、肝心なディレクションの部分が説明不足だと思います。
これの本だけでは仕様書ひとつ書けないでしょう。
よい本の部類に入ると思いますが値段を考えるとお勧めはできません。
