こんな本を待っていました！特に初中級者にはおすすめです。私自身の持論を代弁してくれていると言っても過言ではない内容のため、自分の生徒にもおすすめしています。やはり、3歳以上になってしまったら、語学は体系的に学ばないと本当には身につかないと感じています。ちまたには「中学英語」「らくらく」「文法はいらない」みたいなものがキーワードになっていると思いますが、ある程度中身のあることを“聞く・読む・話す・書く”力を身につけたいと思ったら、本書の学習法で徹底的に「基本文法」をマスターする必要があるでしょう。そのあとで、ご自身の目的に合ったものを聞いたり読んだりしたほうが効果的ではないでしょうか。TOEICや資格試験を意識している方は特に、だまされたと思って試してみてください。

言いたいことはタイトルどおりである。その理由は

・基本単語しかでてこない
→単語を覚える負担がなく構文に集中できる

・例文がかなり短い
→読む負担が少なく、英作時にも余分な苦労がかからない

・「英文法123+」に完全対応
→わからない部分を詳しく解説してくれる

・直訳
→理解しやすい、英作時に便利


本書を使う目的を間違わなければ、文句なしに星5つだろう。

暗記というより音読を中心とした体得型の学習法を実践できます。5つの練習法「リスニング（聴き込み）」「シャドーイング（口まね）」「リテンション（記憶保持）」「ディクテーション（書き取り）」「リトランスレーション（訳し戻り）」を提唱。シャドーイングやディクテーションは、現代の英語学習研究でも非常に注目されているメソッドです。無理なく英語力が身に付くでしょう。
社会人の英語学習本では、このような音読やシャドーイングを活用した本は多いのですが、学生向けではまだまだ少ないですね。
