頭痛や花粉症、インフルエンザ、赤ちゃんや子供などの、具体的な症状がイラストで表されていて、とてもわかりやすいです。
例えば、頭痛でも、どういう痛みか、吐き気があるのか、何で悪化するのか等によって、レメディが選べるようになっています。
ホメオパシーは、自己治癒力で治し、体に害を与えないのがすばらしいです。

ホメオパシーについて知れば知るほど、今まで病院や薬局で当たり前のように買い、使ってきた西洋医学の薬の怖さを実感しています。
生死のかかわるような緊急時以外、もう西洋医学のお世話になることはないと思います。

レメディについて症状がとても詳しく載っているのでそこはとても参考になります。特に絵がわかりやすくてぱっと見て理解できるのが特徴ですね。

けれども、私が持っている他のホメオパシーの本(ホメオパシーin JapanとホメオパシーセルフケアBOOK)と比べて症状に対応するレメディの数の例が少ないと思いました。他の本でレメディを絞り込んでおいてこちらの本で詳しい症状をみてあてはめてみようとこの本を開くのですが、知りたい症状にレメディが載っていなかったりします。

なのでホメオパシーを知る上で参考にはなるけれども実践的にはちょっと使いづらいかな〜と思うのは、私がホメオパシー初心者だからでしょうか。。。
