長所ー高校までに習った基本文型が網羅されておりそれをもとに他の日常英会話に応用できる。ＣＤに英語、日本語の順に録音されており１回本を学習すれば、あとは家で他のことをしながらＣＤを聞き流して勉強できる。私は１日１章ごと（休日は２章）に蛍光ペンを片手にまず文型を覚えその後ＣＤを聞く方法でやった（１日約３０分で１ヶ月以内で終了）。基本文型の再チェックに非常に役立った。短所ーＣＤ１枚に収録したため、文と文の間の時間がなりせまく騒がしく聞こえる。日本語、英語の順でＣＤ３枚ほどにゆったり録音すれば最高の教材になる。その条件を整えれば、４千円の値段でも購入価値がある。

英会話の基本文型を網羅的にあげ、しかも整理してある。

なので、解説部分を一読して文法を理解したら、あとはＣＤを聞きまくりです。
私はフラッシュメモリタイプのＭＰ３プレーヤーに録音し、電車の中で聞いています。これのいいところは、聞きそびれて箇所への巻き戻しが非常に楽なところにあります。

８７の基本文型ごとにまず基本文型が冒頭に読み上げられ、ついで例文が１０個読み上げられる構成になっています。
また、各例文ごとに和訳も読み上げられています。

欠点は、この和訳があまりに堅苦しいこと。生きた英会話を学べるようになっているのに、やたらとかしこまった和訳ではなんだか受験英語っぽい感じがしました。
ただ、ビジネス英会話を念頭に置いていてわざと丁寧な和訳がふされているんでしょうね。

と、欠点をあげましたが、全体的にはこの基本文型をマスターすればより複雑な会話へ上手く橋渡しができると思います。

基本文型がいろいろ載ってあるので分かりやすい。日常使うような例文もあるので覚えれば使いまわせると思います。ＣＤが付いているのですが、パターン事に英語と日本語を読んでいるだけなのですが、ＢＧＭとして流しているだけでも結構覚える事ができます。
