MRIの実写真や頚椎や椎間板のゆがみの矯正方法の指導が実写真でわかりやすい。この本を読んでバラコンバンドと言うゴムを購入して早速、実践しました。自分の家で出来るので、良いです。ヘルニアはトレーニングや努力が必要ですかねぇ！？気長にストレッチ。信じる者は救われる！？

父がヘルニアを患っており、たまたま見つけたこの本を購入しました。本の内容は理解しやすかったです。家の近くにも自然良能会の道場があるので、父に行くように勧めました。治療を受けてみた感想は、治療費が高額とのことでした。初診はゴムバンドや機関紙、出版物などの購入も含めて約２万円、その後の通院は１回４千円だそうです。治療の効果は個人差があるようで、すべり症を患っていた知り合いも、１０年ほど前に自然良能会で治療を受けていたことを最近知りましたが、結局治療をやめて、病院で手術を受けたそうです。父は、３日間治療を受けてみて、痛みは治まっているようです。しばらく自宅でゴムバンド体操を続けてみると言っていました。

１０数年、病院に駆け込むほどの傷みではないが、左足の太もも外側と左足首外側にしびれと軽い痛みがあり、時々じっとしているのがつらい状態だった。いろいろ試してみたが、はっきりとして効果はでなかったが、この本を知ってバラコンベルトで腰痛体操をしました。がんばって続けて２週間・・・効果は歴然！このまま続ければ完治すると実感しています。
なお、少し著者の自慢話のように、似たような経験談が続くところがくどいような気がしました。
