「作っておくと、便利なおかず。」がよかったので、こちらも購入しました。前半は野菜の食材別にレシピが載っていて、後半は、あまりがちな食材（生クリーム、鳥の皮など・・・）の活用法、手作り調味料、乾物レシピなどが載っています。「作って〜。」と同様、調理時間・日持ち日数・冷凍可能か？・子ども向けか？が、かわいいマークで示してあり、わかりやすいです。ぜひ、おすすめの一冊です。

私も同じく作っておくと、便利なおかずと一緒に購入しました。
見やすくて作りやすくて本当参考になる料理本です。
他の料理本と比べてみると見やすいのが一番ですね。
料理嫌いな私にはとっても嬉しい料理本です。

レシピがホントに少ない。
全然役に立たない。
意味ない。買い損。評価のマイナスがないのが残念。
