とても丁寧に詳しくレメディが解説されていて、
最後に収録されているQ＆Aには、理解を深めるに役立つ情報も含まれていました。
だいぶ前に発行されたものなので初めはあまり興味をそそられなかったのですが
読んでみると全く古さを感じさせません。
（字体や絵の古さは否めませんが。笑）
手元に置いておきたい度No.1です。

ただ、「高次の自己」「大いなる全体」「魂」といった言葉が頻繁に出てくるため
これらの言葉に馴染みがない方は違和感を感じることもあるかもしれません。

バイブルといっても過言ではない素晴らしい翻訳です。

私はバッチフラワーレメディには言葉で言い尽くせないほど力と勇気をもらいました。
この本は眺めるたびに、学びがあります。何冊かバッチフラワーの本は持っていますが、これが最も素晴らしいと思っています。
ただ単に症状に対して強制的に薬で治そうとするのと違って、どのレメディを選ぶかを考える時に、自らに向き合う部分が大切となってきます。
不調を抱える要因はいったいどういうものなのか、自分を知ることなしに先にはすすめません。だから、誰かに処方してもらうのではなく、基本は自分で処方を考えていく視点が必要です。
この本では38種の薬剤とレスキューレメディについての詳細な解説と、トリートメントボトルの作り方やその他の治療薬の使い方など、これからレメディを自らに使っていこうとする人のための重要かつ不可欠なことが網羅されています。
