5.0 out of 5 stars 癖のあるテキスト, 2008/10/5
かなり昔からある「宅建用テキスト」。私は、10年以上前に、このテキストをサブテキストとして使用し、独学５ヵ月で宅建を取得しました。何故、サブテキストとしてなのかというと、著者「独特」の主眼に基づいて文章が書かれている為、かなり癖があるからです。しかし、メインテキスト（私の場合は「出る順 宅建：LEC東京リーガルマインド刊」）で、イマイチ理解やイメージがつかめないところを、この「これだけ!!宅建基本書」で読んでみると案外簡単に理解できる事が多かった記憶があります。それに、この文面に慣れてくると不思議と、テキストというよりは小説を読んでいるかのごとく、勉強が面白くなってくる本です。暗記型の勉強方法を得意としている方には向かないテキストですが、理解型の長期記憶を望んでいる方には是非お薦めしたい本です。この本を読めば理解に苦しむ事は無くなると思いますので独学者必携の書だと思います。

読みこなすのにかなり時間がかかります。ただし私は高く評価します。もともと自分は暗記より理解型ですし、文そのものは理解しやすいです。あとは過去問中心ですし・・。ちなみにシリーズ過去問はフツーに学習しやすいですので安心してください。
