内容もすばらしいですが、イラストもカラ-でかわいらしく、小学校低学年生には、飽きずに学べます。基本的な読み、書きはもちろんのこと、学校では習わない(時間が短くなったので）応用の読み書きも所々出でいるので応用力もつきます。
文字がおおきいのも見やすくて、子供には、よいと思います。

付録に実際を予想しての、模擬試験もついていますので、子供が慣れるために、直前の活用に役立ちます。

小学2年生の息子の漢字学習の励みになると思い、1年生の時に習った漢字とひらがな、カタカナをこの問題集で練習して、先日みごとに児童漢字検定初１０級に合格しました。内容は、わかりやすくカラフルなイラストでまとめられてあり、言葉の意味を無理なく学ぶことができるようになっています。模擬試験も最後についています。息子は、合格した後も漢字を覚えるのが楽しみになっているようなので、この問題集で漢字の練習をしたことはとても役に立ちました。

きれいなイラスト入りで、見やすく書き込みもしやすいです。一日の量も無理なくできる量です。巻末の模擬試験も役立ちます。ただ、全体として反復の回数、量ともに少なめで、もちろんもともとの子供の力によりますが、これ一冊で検定試験に合格するのは、難しい気がします。海外にいて家庭で日本語を学ぶうちの子は、語彙が日本の子供より不足しがちですし、なかなか音読みが覚えられないという問題があるのですが、この本だけでは反復が少なすぎて、これだけで検定を受けさせるのには不安を感じました。
