悲しい事件起きない社会に＝妹「一緒に遊びたい」−両親が手記・女児誘拐殺害３年

　奈良市の小学１年有山楓ちゃん＝当時（７つ）＝誘拐殺害事件が１７日、発生から３年となるのを前に、両親が手記を公表した。手記の全文は以下の通り。−−あの忘れられない悲しい出来事から３年がたちます。妹は「楓ちゃん帰ってきたら『大きくなったね』と頭をなでてくれるかな」「楓ちゃんと一緒に遊びたいな」と言います。楓との思い出を毎日のように語ってきます。３年の月日がたちましたが、私たちはいまだあの日から時間が止まったままです。私たち家族の幸せを奪った小林死刑囚は、控訴取り下げ無効の申し立てを行うなど反省もなく、ただ死刑という恐怖から逃れたいとしか思えません。今も私たち家族を苦しめる小林死刑囚を決して許せません。どこまで私たち家族を苦しめるのでしょうか。（中略）楓が被害に遭ったことを忘れないで下さい。わずか７年で夢や希望を奪われたことを忘れないで下さい。（後略）（有山茂樹）

偽善偽善偽善。
ただそれだけの内容だった。
一体何が言いたいんだ？このオバハンは。
現行の制度で死刑は存続しているんだし、そりゃ刑務官になったら
執行する立場になることだってあるでしょ。それが嫌なら最初から
刑務官になんてならなきゃいいだけの話。
「執行する立場になるとは思わなかった」なんて言い訳は通用しな
いよ。例えば清掃局に就職して、「まさか生ゴミの収集をさせられ
るとは思わなかった。俺は嫌だ」と言ってそれで通ると思う？
「死刑囚はみんないい人ばかり」みたいな描写にもウンザリ。人を
（しかも殆どは複数）殺す奴に「いい奴」はいないだろう。それ自
体がもう最低の行為なんだから。殺された本人は二度と生き返れな
いし、遺族たちは一生苦しみ続けるんだよ。殺人ってのは、どんな
に後で悔いても取り返しのつかない行為なんだ。そうした被害者た
ちに対する思いやりというものが、この本ではすっぽりと抜けてし
まっている。
しかしこのオバハンは、自分の家族が皆殺しにされたり、障害者に
されたとしても、犯人を「いい人たち」って思えるんだろうか？
それとも、しょせん他人事だからそんなのどうでもいいってこと？
死刑執行場面の描写も、ひたすら残虐さを強調しているだけで嘘臭
さ満点。
感情が前に出過ぎて全てがダメな内容でした。
時間のムダ、金のムダ。こんな本だけは絶対買ってはいけません。
