　天然酵母でパンを作ったのは、この本を見て、でした。葡萄から作った酵母は、ぶくぶくと育ち、パンにしたら、ほんのりワイン色のそれはそれは引きの強い、おいしいパンができたのです。
　でも、ただのレシピ本という感じではないのです。命を育てるってこういうことかなぁ、自分の周りの空気まで「仲間」だねって感じるのはこういうことかなぁ。そんな風に思わせてくれる本です。大好き。

最初は自分でピッツァを作りたいと思ったのがキッカケでした。

ではピッツァ生地から作ってみよう。
巷で聞く天然酵母ってナニ？　酵母っていえばドライイーストしか知りませんが・・・
ふぇ〜　果物や穀物から手軽に酵母が作れるんだぁ〜（驚）
そして、それなりに調べて自分で天然酵母を作ってみる。　ウゥ・・・　うまく膨らまないゾ・・・　何故？
そしてこの本を買ってみた。「オォ〜 解りやすい！ これならボクにも出来るっ」

以来、見るもの見るものが、「これで酵母できるかなぁ？」
新鮮な食べ物を発酵させることばかり考えている、もうビョーキです。。。
