どのレシピ-も飛びきりおいしくて手間がかからず、おまけに体にやさしい材料を使ってるとくれば、飛びつかない人はいないのでは？　砂糖や乳製品を使わずにここまでできるなんて！！　大切な家族やパートナー、もちろん自分のために作りたくなるようなデザートです。読者の料理の視野と世界を広げてくれる一冊。甘党の方々、絶対お勧めです！！

~興味があったので、このシリーズ３冊をまとめて買いました。
文章とカリグラフィーのみの構成ですが、カリグラフィーは飾りです。（役には立ちません）シンプルで綺麗ではあるのですが、イメージをつかみにくいかと思います。

材料の方は、製菓専門店、自然食品の店等で入手しやすい物が多く、取っ付きやすいです。作るにあたって、計量カップ方式が、な~~れていないので使いづらかったですが（なれるとカップ式の方が良いのかもしれませんが）作り方としては、混ぜるだけ等簡単でした。
味は素朴な感じで、全粒粉を使うので舌にざらつく感じがあります。（苦手な方がいらっしゃるかもしれません）ケーキ類は海綿スポンジに似ているような感じがします。
作ってみて、あうあわないが出るかもしれませんが、私は~~思っていたよりも簡単で、味の方もこれはこれで美味しいと思いましたので、３冊の中では一番使いやすい良い本だと思います。~

This is an absolutely delicious book! A groundbreaking work that changes our entire concept of desserts. Now I never have to feel guilty eating sweets. It's healthy!
