「人間性は歳と共に完成するべきものであるが、感性は逆に大人になってはダメ。無邪気な子供のような好奇心と探究心が必要。でもそうした感性は「わがまま」と紙一重なこともある。そうした感性から、ものすごいエネルギーのある作品を生むことが出来るが、逆に普通のコミュニケーションはあまり必要なくなる。発散してしまうとインスピレーションが抜けちゃう。器用にほどほどのバランスを取ることの出来る人もいるが、そうでない自分は変人扱いされる」という主旨の記述がある。言い得て妙なり！

オシャレな本で、インタビュー等の文章がゆったりとちりばめられています。ZARDはどことなくミステリアスな雰囲気だけど、この本でもそうした雰囲気があって、楽しめます。曲をつくるにあたっての話等が入っていて、アルバムを聴いたことがある人は、別の角度から曲を捉えることができると思います。それにしても、彼女は美人なのだけど、ファッションや髪型によって、ガラッとイメージが変わるのが、不思議・・・喫茶店でコーヒー片手にこの本をぱらぱらみていたら、自分にもいい歌詞が書けそうな気になる（？）

色んな要素が詰まってます。坂井さんのコメントも勿論いっぱい詰まっていて「本」としての要素も勿論充分詰まっている。そして、坂井さんの写真もたくさん掲載されていて「写真集」的な要素もたくさん詰まっている。さらに、イタリアの美しい景色もいっぱい詰まっていて「風景写真集」としての要素も詰まっているという，たくさんの見方。たくさんの要素が詰まった非常に中身のある本です。
