ハリーポッター原作内でも出てくるホグワーツ図書館の蔵書で、魔法世界のスポーツ「クィディッチ」について書かれています。
図書館の本ですのでもちろん貸し出し履歴もついており、それを眺めるだけでも楽しめます。
（ハリーの直前にハーマイオニーが借りていたりするあたりは原作通りです）

魔法世界では普通に売られている本なのでもちろん推薦文もあり、リタ・スキーターや我らがロックハート先生も寄稿しています。

内容はクィディッチが出来るまでの話やルール制定までの流れ、ワールドカップチームやメンバーの紹介などです。
が、難しい本ではありません。

JKローリング女史のユーモアセンスが凝縮されており、最初から最後までとても楽しい一冊です。

装丁デザインがわざと使用感を出したものになっており、実際に汚れても気にならない点も嬉しいです。
価格も安価で、是非おすすめしたい一冊です。

ホグワーツ図書館の蔵書『クィディッチ今昔（日本語版ではこの名前）』です。
クィディッチの始まりやブラッジャーやスニッチの由来などなど、クィディッチに
関するいろいろなことがかかれています。
これであなたもクィディッチ通！！？？

どうやら、一番最後に借りたのがハリー君のようですよ。
シーカーに任命されてから、慌てて借りにいったのかもしれないですね（^^

なお、この本の売上はコミックリリーフへ寄付されます。

クィディッチは、ハンドボール、水球に似た球技だ。
箒（ほうき）に乗っているところは、一線を画している。

クィディッチが現在の規則に至るまでの歴史が書かれている。
また、さまざまなチームの記事も掲載されている。

ハリーポッタの背景情報として、１０２４倍楽しめる。
