私はレイキティチャーとしてセミナーを開いていますが、テキストとしてこの本を使用しています。レイキを始めた方には必須と言っても良いくらい、伝統霊気、海外レイキの内容がバランスよく書かれていて、絶対にお勧めです。単に心身の癒しにとどまらず、魂の向上、悟りへの道としてのレイキの奥深さも紹介されていて非常に参考になります。レイキを始めた方は是非一読を。

私は、西洋式レイキの２ｎｄディグリーを最近アチューメントしてもらいました。この本は実際レイキのアチューメントを受けた人向きだと思います。レイキ関係の本はたくさんありますが、この本は真摯にレイキを捉えてあると同時に、レイキを特別なものとして扱っていません。また、レイキに関わる知識が理路整然と記述してあって、すごく参考になります。レイキを受けてすぐに私が落ちいった心理状態は、自分が他人とは違うことが出来るようになったと思いこみ、少し傲慢な態度になってしまったことです。しかし、この本を読みすすむ段階で意識が変わっていき、自己ヒーリングの時間が増え、レイキを感じる時間が多くなっていきました。今は、日常生活の良きエッセンスとして、レイキを取り入れて楽しく暮ら!!しています。

他の方々のレビューで皆さんがおっしゃるように、
この本は本当によくまとめられていて、
レイキ初心者にはわかりやすく説明されていると思います。
ヒーリングの基本ポジションを、
大人を使わず子供の写真で記載しているところも微笑ましいです。
また、宇宙エネルギーとつながることのたとえを、

１．「パーソナルコンピューター」

２．大宇宙エネルギーに接続できる「端末装置」

の２つで違いを表現しているところも納得できました。
レイキは間口が広く誰にでも入っていきやすい反面、実はデリケートで、
座禅の心のように我を「無」にすることはなかなか難しく、
私もアチューンメントを受けたものの、質の高いクリアな
エネルギーで満たすまでにはまだまだだと思えました。

それだけ奥が深いんですね。
土居先生がレイキを愛し、大切にし、誤解のないよう、
間違って安易に使わないよう、そして正しく広めていきたい気持ちから、
読者にわかりやすく説明して下さっている、そんなお人柄がしのばれます。

数あるレイキ本の中で、最初にこの本に出会えて良かったと思います。
これから何度も何度も読み返していきたい、
レイキ本のバイブルといっても過言ではないかもしれません。
