著者はかつて「公的年金タスクフォース」なる組織を立ち上げ、厚生労働省から財政再計算データを入手するなど一時期は精力的に動いていたものの、結局その試みは敢え無く頓挫した。そのせいか、最近は、年金制度の改革案を出すのではなく制度そのものを潰す方向に180度転換した模様。本書の内容も、「日本の年金制度はダメダメ。だから俺が欠点を指摘してやる。どうだ、俺の視点は鋭いだろ？」という評論家的な揚げ足取りに終始しており、残念ながら年金問題について何の示唆も得られない。意見らしい意見と言えば「年金脱退権を認めろ！」くらいか。もっともこの主張にしたって、暴論で周囲を悲観的にしておき、そのまま制度が破綻すれば「オレが要注意だと言った通りだろう」と威張り、上手く持ち直せば「オレが警鐘を鳴らしたおかげだ」と胸を張る──と、どっちに転んでも大丈夫なように予防線を張っているのがミエミエ。これがかの名著「投資戦略の発想法〈2008〉」の著者と本当に同一人物なのだろうか・・・(汗)

制度批判は長妻さんの本の焼き直しで、分析についての「キレ」はない。
具体的な提案についても、個人レベルで何ができるのか、何をするべきかについて具体性がない。脱退するといっても国民としての責務もあるので、脱退することが解決することにはならないと思いました。

この本では、今の年金制度をまずはやめさせるための方法論として年金脱退権を認め、最終的には税方式に移行すること、
さらに必要な人は私的年金で、と分かりやすい表現で提言しています。
やっぱり今の年金制度が安心ができないということが確信できました。
ただ、最後のほうに資産運用に関して記述しているところは、正社員の人で、生活が安定して
いる人が暗黙の前提になっているような気がしました。
