この本は、闘病を始めてから、入院することなく約１年でガンの縮小・消失という結果を得た著者のエッセイである。

　昨今耳にする「健康のコツ」とは、ａ体を冷やさない　ｂ良い食事　ｃ前向きに生きること　ということに集約されそうだ。しかし、実際それらを実践しようとすると　ｃの情報は多くない。昔から「病は気から」と、その大事さは認識されながらも確立された方法で目にすることはなかったのではないか？

著者の伝えるこの呼吸法は、一言で言えば「自分を許す」セルフ・ケアで、前向きな心を得るものである。そして事実、著者は健康をも取り戻した。

　もしこのような闘病方法が広く認知されたなら、医療費の削減にも貢献するかもしれない。また未病対策にも大いに役立つことが期待される。

著者のもとへは奇跡的な事例が多く集まっているというが、まずは体験してみることをおすすめする。意識・無意識に関わらず誰もが行う呼吸を利用し、こんなにも「前向き」になれることに驚くだろう。

　日々ストレスや苦悩の渦中にある経営者や研究者などの職業の方には、このような本の存在だけでも知っておく価値があるだろう。

早速、やってみました！
P112をまねして、実践してみたら、驚きです（＠＠

吐いて　吸って　の繰り返し　
「はぁ〜〜、不安だよ〜」「それでいいんだよ」
「あれだって心配だぁ〜」「それでいいんだよ」
「いいわけないよ〜〜〜」「それでいいんだよ」
「んん、だってぇ・・・」「それでいいんだよ」
「ん〜〜〜・・・・・・」「それでいいんだよ」
「・・・・・・・・・・」「それでいいんだよ」
「これでいいのかぁ？？」「それでいいんだよ」
「・・・・・」「それでいいんだよ」
（繰り返すこと約１０分くらい）

最後は、シーンとなって、湖に波一つ無い様な心の感じに
そして同時に包まれる暖かさ。。。

私にとっては、魔法の呼吸は、
すでに奇跡の中にいる自分とそのありがたさを感じさせてくれるものでした。

確かに呼吸はいいと思いました。軽くためしただけでも気持ちが楽になりました。
ですが、この作者は女性に対してすごく根深い恨みがあるのでは？と感じました。
男性が引きこもりとかが多いのは母親（女性）が否定し続けて育てているからだそうです。
女性は強いのでほっておいても育つが、男性はケアしないと育たないそうです・・・。

女性は何事も否定ばかりするのでこの呼吸を勧めても、なかなかやろうとしない。
男性はすぐにやってみるけれどとありましたが、私は全く逆だと思います（笑）。
新しいワークショップなどにいくと男性はほんの少ししかいないか、全くいないです。
この本を読んでなんだかな・・・と思った女性はいないですか？
私は呼吸法のよさよりも読んでいて気分が悪くなりました。
