文章は 難しい…と思いましたが、内容はシンプルで 実践しやすいものだ…と思いました(^-^)
自分の理想と思う事が叶っている時、また人間関係が上手くいってる時、ここに書かれている 状態を、無意識に保っているのですが…その状態を意識的に続ける事で、理想的な状態を保ち続ける事が可能になる…らしいです(^-^)/

あと いろいろ書かれていますが、全てを理解して実践したら、どんな風に 自分が変わっていくのか…楽しみですo(^-^)o

2.0 out of 5 stars 難しかった。ニュアンスが伝わればいい・・程度。お勧めはしずらい本, 2008/8/31
ドーリンは好きで一応新刊が出たら必ずチェックをするようにしています。今回のこの本はとっても難しくって読むのがとってもつらかった。キバリオンという教えを理解して願いを叶える秘法を学ぼう・・というのがこの本ですが、用は、今までドーリンが数々の著書で天使を通して私たちに指南してきたことが、今回はキバリオンという教えを借りてもう一度伝えられた・・・ということではないでしょうか。今回のこの本は形而上学（けいじじょうがく）に長けてる人でも難しいかもしれない・・と書かれているので、本当に一般レベルで今までドーリンの著書を追いかけてきた私にとっては大変難しいものでした。理解度は正直言って三割程度ですがニュアンスは理解できました。こういった本は読むだけでも意味があると思います。わけがわからなくたって、読むことで深層意識には無意識に知識が蓄積される・・・と聞いたことあるのでムダにはならない！！と勝手におもっているのですが・・。ただ、こういったスピリチュアルな本自体はじめて・・・という方はドーリンをまだ知らない方には別の天使関連のドーリンの著書からはじめることをお勧めします。過去に発売されているエンジェル・マニフェステーションというタイトルの瞑想ＣＤがありますが、そちらのほうが願いを引き寄せる・・具現化する・・・といったことにはわかりやすく瞑想できると思います。

読み始めた時は、哲学的で難しいと感じた。
でも“無”になって読んでいると、頭に入ってきた。いわゆる常識や、当然の事だと思っていた事柄に、囚われている自分に気がついた。もう一度読み返そう。(付属のCDは声が心地良くて眠ってしまう)
