4.0 out of 5 stars 「登録有形文化財」10年の成果, 2005/12/20
　1996年に施行された「登録有形文化財」制度が始まって10年となる今年、その登録数も5,000件を越えた。本書は、現時点での集大成として、全件リストと約1,000件ほどの物件のカラー図版が収録されている。

　「登録有形文化財」は、官報や新聞紙上での公表はあるものの、その１件１件の姿を見ることはあまりない。２割ほどではあるが、本書で全国の登録有形文化財の姿を目にすることができるのは、とてもありがたい。

　ただし、カラー図版の精度が悪すぎる。上製本にする必要もなかったのではないか。定価を下げ、もっと広く普及することを目指すべきだったのではなかろうか。

　そんな難点もあるが、現在のところ唯一の登録有形文化財の全件リストの刊行を、大いに歓迎したい。
