情報誌「名古屋にくらす」を制作しているユニットles deuxさんの本です。一目で気に入って、即購入しました。旅先でいろいろ紙ものを集めてくるけれど、帰ってくると結局ゴミにしてしまう私には、何気ないけれど素敵なコラージュがとても面白かったです。

お二人が旅行した先で集められたものをコラージュした作品といっしょに旅の記憶が綴られています。一番好きな街はアムステルダムだとか。読んでいると行ってみたくなりました。もっと若かったら、こんな旅がしてみたいなと思います。

お二人は紙ものだけでなく、布も含めたコラージュがお得意なようです。他の作品ももっといろいろ見たいと思います。いつか名古屋のお店にも伺ってみたいです。

　旅行記でもあり、コラージュの作品集でもある新しいような、懐かしいような一冊。今年の夏の終わりに名古屋の美術館で見て、何だか正体不明なインスピレーションを受けました。その時は、コラージュの色合いの美しさと丁寧な旅の記録の綴り方に新鮮な驚きを受けたのだけど、今実際手にとってじっくりと見てみると、書かれている文章も決して長くはないんだけれど印象深い。
　読み手と作り手との遠いような近いような距離感が独特。
