約２分３０秒の朗読CDがついています。
ページがめくるところで”チリリン”と音がなります。
女性の朗読でたんたんと読まれていきます。
バックミュージックくらい流れててもいいのになぁと思います。
朗読CDはあくまでも親が聞いて、子供には、親が読んであげる方がいいような気がします。
”I Don't Want to”が何度もくり返されるのでテンポよく読んであげられます。

~不朽の名作を英語で読ませることができる、という意味では星５つにしたいところだがCDは不要の人もいる。私事だが我が家にはネイティヴスピーカーがいるので全く不要であったので最初から「CDはいらない」と思った。2分半程度のCDがついて価格が2倍になるのはいただけない。このCDにはそこまでの価値はない。英語版も４冊組にして4冊分の朗読を一枚のCDに入れると~~か、CDは別に買えるようにするとか、購入した人だけネットで音声をダウンロードできるようにするとか何かもっと価格を抑える工夫が欲しい。
そもそも想像するに、この本を買う人はこの程度の英語は少々発音が悪くても読めるはず。安価に気軽に英語に親しませることのほうが大事なはずだが。~

うちの子はせなけいこさんの絵本が大好きなので
英語版にも大喜び！
私は全く英語が出来ず簡単な英語も読めないので
CDがついているのは非常に助かりました。
さいしょのうちはCDにあわせてページをめくり
そのうち読めるようになっても娘が覚えているのは正しい発音の方
嬉しいです〜。
もう少し安いと購入しやすいのでそれが残念です。
