手帳です。
でもただの手帳ではありません。
100万語を達成させるのに必要な手帳です。

冒頭に多読の説明と基本用語集があります。
次に記入見本があり、その次のページが本編、読書記録のためページです。
310冊の読書記録を書きこむことができます。
巻末には全GRと児童書の読みやすさレベル一覧表ならびに単語数リストがついています。
このリストを見れば次に何を選んだら良いのか、迷わず選ぶことができるし、
記録をつけるうえでも大変便利です。

旧版をみたことがないので、なぜ値上がりしたのかは分かりませんが・・
巻末リストが充実したからでしょうか。
欲を言えば、読書記録のページをもう少し増やして欲しかったです。

でも値段以上の効果が期待できると思います。
多読を成功させようと思ったら、手元にあると便利な1冊です。

単に何冊読んだか、ということを確認する本ではない。冊数ばかりか、語数までチェックする。というより、語数が大事。しかも英語の本を。
さらに、序盤、英語をたくさん読む(多読)の解説。巻末は、といっても約90ページだが、多読用基本図書の紹介がついている。これにより、次に何を読めばいいか自分で決められる。
320冊の読んだ本についてチェックが付けられる。
自分は、この10ヶ月、320冊で、約60万語読みました。楽しい反面、なかなか読む本のレベルや語数が増えず、イライラすることもしばしば。が、100万語読破目指し、2冊目を購入しました。

これは最初の１冊としては確かに便利なのですが、１冊使い終わって２冊め以降同じものを買うと考えると、半分以上は余分なページなので使いにくいです。記録部分のみの２冊め以降用記録手帳を是非作って下さい。べつにこれに書かなくてもいいと言われればそれまでなのですが、ずっとこの手帳の形式で記録を続けているので、あった方がモチベーションが継続する気がします。

読みやすい本や総語数をネットで調べなくても載ってるので、使えます! ページの境目は、書きにくいのでリングタイプのノートみたいに改善されたらイイかも。
