この本は、新撰組異聞PEACE MAKERの続き？だと思いますが、結構単品でも読めます。時代は新撰組が存在した幕末で、話はどんどん暗い方向へ進んでいきますが、新しいキャラなども登場し、とても面白く読み応えのある一品です。何よりも注目すべきなのは、黒乃奈々絵先生の美しくそして耽美な画風です。刀や剣を振るう超かっこいい男性がお好きな方には特にお勧めします。私的には土方歳三が一押しだと思いますが、皆さんぜひ一度この本を読んで、自分の好みのキャラを見つけてみてください！ですが人が死んだりすることも多い本なので読むときは、さらっと読んだほうがいいかもしれませんよ。

黒乃奈々絵先生。
また確実に絵が上手くなっています。
最初の話「難」は、
今までにないようなとっても
面白い話です。
「難」では、土方歳三の弱点（？）が見れます。
実際に残っているものなので
この回の話は面白かったです。
そしてこの巻の一番の見所。
それは、「山南の死」だと思います。
この巻は、涙なしでは読めないです。
史実では、どうだったか分からない「山南の死」を
黒乃先生はすごい展開で見せてくれます。
この巻は、PEACE　MAKERで一番といっていいくらい
悲しい巻であり、見所満載の巻だと思います。

もぅ言う事無しの素晴らしい話です！
今までのPM話で1番泣きました！
仲間が死んでしまう・・・新撰組達の熱い友情が胸に染み付きます＞＜
感動しまくりました＞＜最高の漫画です！漫画を超えた漫画です！
絶対読んでもそんしません！お勧めです！
