齋藤佳子さんはとてもスタイルが良くセクシー！！NFL時代からの大ファンです。もちろん即、この本を購入しました。ダンスはしてるけどピラティス初心者の私にとって、この本の解説は非常に分かりやすいです。絵や写真がたくさんあるので、気軽にエクササイズが出来るところが気に入りました。ところどころにある齋藤さんの「美しくなるためのコラム」は、ためになるし励みにもなります。美しい外国人の中で活躍してきた齋藤さんだからこそ、真の美しさを見せる技を持ってるのだと思います。
