サッカーを習っている小学2年生の子供にリフティングを教えたくて、この本にたどり着きました。
私は、全然サッカーの知識なんて知りませんし、もちろんリフティングなんてした事もありませんでした。年も37歳なので、今から出来るのか不安でした。ところが、この本を見て、実践してみたところ、最初の1ヶ月で87回、約2ヶ月後に107回、今は3ヶ月目ですが最高で187回まで出来ました。今では練習を続けたら何処まで出来るのか楽しみになってきました。この本に出会わなかったら今頃は100回なんて超えれなかったと思います。私としては買ってよかったと思います。

息子の所属しているクラブでリフティングの試験が行われるとの事で息子の為に購入しました。私はサッカー未経験者なのですが、ＤＶＤにてイメージトレーニングを行い、本でポイントを学んだ結果、１ヶ月後には１００回以上出来るようになりました。
基本からフリースタイルまで幅広く収録されていてかなりお得だと思います。
この本で密かに練習を積んで少年たちの前で披露すればあなたを見る目が尊敬の眼差しに変わる事間違いなしです！

　リフティング100回なんて到底無理だと小学生時代に思い込んでいた現在30代の男性です。
　1度参加してみたフットサルにはまり練習しようと思ったものの、相手がいないので本書を購入！1日30分から1時間ぐらい練習しました。
本書では初心者なら10週間で100回突破が可能との事でしたがそれより1週間早い9週目で100回を突破する事ができました。
　本書の良いところは練習する上での心構え(ボールは人にとってもらうのでは無く、自分でとりに行く等)にも触れているので、小学生の時に本書に出会っていればとつくづく思いました。

　ただ本書のメインであるウェーブリフティングは習得にかなり時間がかかる事が予想されます。
