スローライフという言葉がファッションの様に定着してしまった感じもする最近の世の中では、
珍しく丁寧に書かれた内容だと感じました。
スローライフという言葉が次世代への責任を再認識したり、自分自身と向き合う時のキーワードになることも教えてくれます。
難しい表現の箇所もありましたが、スローネット初代編集長という立場から来るものでしょうか。
スローライフ、特にスローフードについて真剣に考える方におすすめの一冊です。

余生をのんびり生きていくことを決め、早期退職をした。
今は、本を読み、温泉に入り、食を楽しみ、人を愛するという単純なことで満足している。
スローライフという言葉は知らなかったが、この本は自分のライフスタイルと重なるものがある。
