わずか3年の経験でこのテーマに挑むのはちょっと無謀。前作同様、さすがに大きな嘘は書いていません。しかし内容が薄く表層的。

経営コンサルタントとは一体どのような仕事をしてお金を貰うのか？
私がこの本を買った動機は単純にそれだけのことでした。
読んで思ったのは、ゴールドラットの思考プロセスの亜流じゃないのか？
という素朴な疑問です。
私も自身の職場で改善活動を実施しているが、この程度のレベルなら日常的
に個人でも行えると思うし、現にやっていたりもする。

もしロジカルな思考を学びたいのであれば、
本書よりはゴールドラット博士の「ザ・ゴールII 思考プロセス」の方が
わかりやすいし、はるかに面白いです。

多少でもこの手の本に馴染みのある方なら大して新しい発見もなく読み終
えてしまうのではないか。
構成としては理解しやすくなっており、これが「マッキンゼー式」なのかも
しれないが、普遍化しようとしすぎて問題を単純化しすぎている。
実際にビジネスの第１線にいればこのようなテクニックは最低限のスキル・
ノウハウと思われ、どちらかというと新人管理職の復習用テキストか。
