基礎理論から、実践まで、わずか２００弱の少ないページに
コンパクトにまとめてあります。日本の漢方事情に詳しい中
医師が、初心者にも分かりやすく噛み砕いた表現で解説して
くれています。治療方法も湯液のみならず鍼灸にも言及して
あり、これ一冊で漢方医学の全体を見渡す事ができます。こ
れから漢方を学ばれる方にも、また、今一度基礎固めをしよ

うとする方にもお勧めできる良書です。

中医の基礎概念を実にわかりやすい言葉で説明しており、
目からウロコがぽろぽろと落ちた。

★ひとつ減点なのは、索引がなくて不便なのと、
日本の事情を考慮してあるというにもかかわらず、
頻繁に処方される類の漢方薬がいくつか抜けているから。
