~これ、いいです。
見開きで正常像と病変を対比できるのはもちろん、この正常像が上腹部から骨盤腔までを順に記載し、各レベルでの解剖を詳細に説明してあります。
また、諸臓器の区分などの見分け方等を「星座の見つけ方の如く」に示唆してくれるのが有り難い。残念ながら、やはり私のような内科医は外科医と比べて、特にCT像からの消化管などの３次元的な把~~握が苦手なのが現状ですから（とほほ、申し訳ない）。
疾患に関しては、あくまで限られた症例の典型像に留まりますが、これだけの内容でこのサイズ（ポケットにすっぽり！）なら上等です。日常診療で「とりあえず」画像をチェックするには最適ではないでしょうか？

マルチスライスヘリカルCTだ、三次元再構成可能だ、とCTの進歩は凄まじく、また小さな病院~~・診療所でも結構解像度の良い機器が導入される昨今。「（画像上）見えてる」のに「（医者の目には）見えない」では済まされない時代になりました。
まだまだ日々精進ですね。~

腹部の造影、単純CT、男性骨盤、女性骨盤、3次元画像の5章に分けて、それぞれ、見開きの左ページに正常画像、右ページに病変の画像という構成になっています。
正常画像では、代表的な臓器や血管が記載されています。
病変の画像のほうは、どのような所見が認められるかと、簡単な疾患の説明が記載されます。
全ての右ページの端には、臓器別分類が「肝」、「胆」、「膵」と上から下に順に記載されており、ページ毎に、記載されている臓器の部分が黒塗りになっているので、ページを繰りながら、素早く目的の臓器にたどり着けるという工夫がされています。
サイズは本当に文庫本サイズで小さいので、白衣のポケットに十分入ります。
問題の有用性ですが、正常画像のほうは7〜8mmの連続スライスになっていて、これは正常アトラスとして役に立つものだと思います。
疾患のほうは、どうしても、それぞれ1スライスずつ代表的な画像を、という構成なので、それなりの有用性でしょうか。
まあ、一冊手元に置いておいて悪くはないと思います。
