兼子 ただし
スポーツストレッチング専門トレーナー。新日本キックボクシング協会元ライト級3位。(株)スリーエスグループジャパン代表取締役。1971年10月22日生まれ。スポーツストレッチングをベースに、正しい“カラダの育て方”を指導。キックボクシングでプロライセンスを取得し、独自に学んだ理論を生かし、プロスポーツ選手(競技ダンスの全日本チャンピオン選手など)や、ダンサー、格闘家、モデルをはじめ、一般のOLから主婦層にいたるまで、性別を問わず、幅広い年齢層に支持されている。現在、スポーツストレッチング専門店「スリーエス」を池袋・新宿・渋谷など、全国に8店舗を展開し、トレーナー養成人数は約300人、「スリーエス」の年間来店数は約3万人に及ぶ。スタジオでのレッスンの他、カルチャースクールや講習会などで講師を務め、雑誌やテレビなどを通じて、「スポーツストレッチ」による「基礎運動能力」の「体育」の向上と普及に尽力している(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

ダンス雑誌で見つけました。表紙の植村明日香さんの美しさに惹かれて買いました。
ストレッチで体を育てるコツがわかりやすく書いてあります。
特に、歩くときの姿勢をこの本のとおりに行うとコアマッスルが鍛えられるのがわかります。
また、開脚の前屈もこの本に書いてあるコツを使うとやりやすくなります（もともと柔らかいので、簡単にできるんですが）。
実際に兼子先生に指導していただきたいです。
残念なのが、背中のストレッチがないことかなぁ。
でもこの本の植村さんの素敵なスタイルを見るだけでも価値ある本だと思います。
こんな素敵なしなやかBodyを目指そう！とストレッチに励んでおります。
