ワシントンマニュアルだ！　新版だ！　と思って買った。
でも、微妙に内容が変わってきている。
今回、最後の付録から薬物の相互作用の部分が消えてしまった。なんか寂しい。
安直なマニュアルの中で、病態生理学的な記述や治療や栄養管理の原理原則をしっかり書いていて、ずーっとお世話になってきたのだが、そろそろ曲がり角と言うことだろうか。
もう、1冊の本が内科全体の基礎を記述すること自体、あまり期待してはならないことなんだろうか。
複雑な気持ち。少し心配になる。　でも、役に立つ本であることには変わりない。
