バリごはんを食べた事のある人は、あの怪しいまでにおいしいバリの味の虜になった人も少なくないと思います。あの味をもう一度日本でも‥！と思い立ち、いざ作ろうにも、なかなかバリ料理の本ってありませんよね。とかくアジア料理にひとまとめにされてしまいがちなバリ料理が、単独で出版されているなんて‥。素晴らしい１冊です！どれもこれもバリで食べた懐かしいあの味！見ているだけで、あの怪しくておいしいニオイが漂ってきます~。料理だけでなく現地の食事情なども載ってるし、もちろん料理も写真付解説でとっても解り易いですよ！これがあれば失敗なし！？とにもかくにも、バリ好きさんにはBAGUS!な１冊です！

とてもおいしそうなのですが、駄目ポイントが2つあります。
材料が手に入れ辛いなんてのは入りません。ネットでも買えますし。
まず第一、面倒くさい！
一つの料理を作る為に、まずそのレシピに出てくる○○スパイス（というものがある）を作らなくてはならない。一つならまだしも、二つ三つともなると･･･
第二、ミーゴレンが載っていない！！！！！
これは、私にとってかなり致命的だったので星2つです。ナシゴレンすらまだ作れてもないし･･･

バリごはんを食べたコトのある人は、あのバリの怪しいまでにおいしい料理の虜になっている人も少なくないと思います。ヤミツキになるあの味を日本でも‥！と思われた人も多いハズですが、いざ作ろう！と思ってもなかなかバリ料理のレシピ本は見つかりませんよね。アジア料理とひとまとめにされてしまいがちなバリ料理を単独で１冊の本にしてくれているなんて！！！とっても素晴らしい本です！どれもこれもバリで食べたコトのあるあの料理。見ているだけで、怪しくておいしい香りが漂ってきそうです。料理だけでなく現地の食事情なども載っていてなかなか楽しめます。もちろん料理も写真付で分かり易く記載されてますので、これなら失敗なし！？BAGUS SEKALI!な１冊です！
