数多くの精油が載っている割には、メディカルの知識を得たい人には物足りない本です。
精油の特徴となる成分についての記述が欠落していたり、いわゆるケモタイプ別に分かれていなかったり･･･
精油個別の成分比率や効能について詳しく知りたかった私にとっては、残念な内容でした。

普段アロマセラピーのオイルの図鑑ではなかなかお目にかからないようなオイル名がずらりあります。たとえば、ヒヤシンス・アブソリュートやミモザ・アブソリュート、スダチオイルなど見ているだけでも楽しく勉強になります。

本自体は飾り系やイラストなどそいうものは一切ありません。ほんとに必要なものがぎっしり凝縮されています。だからこそこのお値段で販売できたのではと思います。私はお買い得だと思います。
