HABUさんの切り取る風景のなかに、人間はほとんど出てこない。
とても静かで、淡々としていて、これが生だ！美だ！という押し付けがましい主張はない。
でも、あくまで遠い空の広さや、雲と空気の境界線の辺りの色を見ていると、切なくて、幸福で、胸が苦しくなってくる。

いつか私もこんな空の色を見た。あまりに世界は大きくて完全で、きっと私が世界から消えてもこの空は変わらず美しいのだろう、そんな気持ちで空を見上げた日の抜けるような寂しさが、HABUさんの眼で見た風景のあちこちに広がっている。

まるで自分がその風景のなかに風に吹かれて一人で立っているような、リアルな空気の質感、光の温度、見る者の心のなかに染み渡るような空の色。
この写真集を開くたびに、心がしんと静まりかえる。

たまたま本屋さんで見つけて一目ぼれ。
退職する後輩や誕生日の友人にプレゼントしてきましたが、
自分でも欲しくなって同じ本を買ってときどきパラパラと眺めています。
海外の空だけじゃなくて、東京の空もあったりして、
まだまだ東京もすてたもんじゃないなあって思ったりもします。
ＨＡＢＵさんの絵葉書を額に入れて部屋に飾ったり会社のデスクの前に飾ったりしています。
疲れた時に癒されますよ☆

私は悩むときも悩みが解決したときも空を眺めます。
上を向いて歩くことは良いです。
この本があれば、私はどんなときも空を見て、明日を見て、将来を見て進むことができます。
空は凄いです。みんなに力をくれます。
大事な大事な一冊です。
