   こうもりのような耳とくりくりとした真っ赤な目、いつも右と左で色の違う靴をはいている不思議な生き物、ガラゴ。はじめは奇妙にみえるこの生き物も、ページを読み進めるうちにとてもかわいらしい存在に思えてくるから不思議である。

ガラゴは、かばん売りのプロ。兄弟が欲しいという犬、ライオンらしく見えるかばんが欲しいという毛の薄いライオンなど、どんな要求にも応えます。おじぎちゃんと毛虫くんが、スイカの皮の取り合いをするところなど、見所がいっぱいです。バムとケロの秘密が隠れている、バムケロファン必見の書。ガラゴを読まずして、バムケロを語るべからず！

バムとケロシリーズの作者の本です。
ガラゴ（ねずみのような不思議な動物）がリクエストにあわせて、いろいろな動物にかばんをうります。売るといってもお金ではなく物々交換です。めずらしくて面白いかばんがいっぱい。バムケロシリーズのケロちゃんのお母さんらしき人も登場します。

この本も私と2歳の息子を大満足させてくれました。細かいところに秘密がいっぱい。全シリーズを集めて何度も何度も読み比べしたい本です。

バムケロシリーズへの過度な愛着から、別シリーズに当たる本作ガラゴを楽しむ事が出来るかどうかが少々心配だったにも関わらず、期待を裏切らない所か、バムケロにも匹敵する面白い作品。バムケロレギュラー陣・ヤメピちゃん・おじぎちゃん・ケロちゃんの登場があり、小アイテム数も豊富で新たな発見・感嘆はバムケロ並！！そして、ガラゴの作風自体も面白く、テンポも良い。バムケロシリーズを知らない方・知っている方両サイド同等にお奨め出来る絵本。
