レイキが日本人の臼井氏により始まった事、臼井レイキがどうやって現在にまで拡がったかという事、レイキの基本的な心構えが読みやすく書かれています。ヒーリングの部位（ハンドポジション）も写真入りで解りやすく載っていますが、症状別のページと照らし合わせて使う時はちょっぴり面倒かもしれませんので、症状別のページにご自分でハンドポジションを書き込んだりすると、カラダで覚え込むまでの教科書として使い勝手が良くなる気がします。

とっても読みやすいです。
語りかけてくるような文章で読んでるだけで癒される感じ…
レイキの成り立ちから症状別のポジションまで載っていて
かなりおススめです(^O^)／

ポジション説明の写真がカラーならもっと良かったかも。
白黒なんで怪しい儀式のようにみえてしまう…

でもこの値段ならしょうがないかな。

全体的に見ると文句なしの星5つです。この値段は安いくらい？！

この本には、自己ヒーリング・他者ヒーリング・動物たちへのヒーリングのそれぞれに写真を使った詳しい説明が載せられており、また各症状別に、どこに手を置いたらよいのかといったことや、応急レイキの方法、チャクラの調整の仕方などが具体的に書かれており、レイキをやっている方には必見の内容だと思います。かなりオススメです！
