5.0 out of 5 stars 仕事で目の痛みや疲れが軽減！, 2005/6/24
もう手に入らないかもと思いながら、注文しました。今の仕事場では、山のような書類の束の中の細かい字を、カーテンもブラインドもない、乾燥しやすい職場の中で八時間以上目を酷使しながら、調べる作業を繰り返し、目が毎日針で刺されたように鋭くいたみ涙が止まらず困っていました。そんな中必死でこの本に書いてある。瞬きを一時間おきには行うとか、目の周囲をマッサージするなどを実践したら、何と！ほんとに痛みがものすごくへり涙が出にくくなりました。古本＝情報が古いとは決して限りません。藤本憲幸氏の本に感謝しながら締めくくりたいと思います。これを紹介してくださったアマゾンの関係者の方々にも。では。
